Underneath the glimmering towers in the hybrid cyberpunk-silkpunk city of Pablesia, the J.I.N.G.S.O.O are hard at work keeping the people of the slums alive and healthy. They must spend their time becoming wanted criminals and dangerous fugitives if they wish to protect the ones they love in a city that hides their corrupt oligarchs and harsh poverty under flashy neon lights and holographic billboards. It will never be a slow day for the heroes; Jingsoo, Ishka, Greer, Sien and Olive, with their vehicles, Nextra and Orio.

It's 2056, and Melbourne, Australia, is being its usual self. The weather changes every second, the eshays are a-bashing, the junkies a-sniffing and soy lattes served by hippie baristas being sipped around every corner while each and every surface gets covered in spray paint from the toyest tags to the wildstyles of kings. But not all is as happy as it seems. A metallic metalhead struggles to not get her eyelashes in a twist, a depressed tradie sees his son join a gang of delinquents who think they own Franga, politicians are racist bigots and the activists try too hard to go against them they become racist bigots anyways in the end.
